No dust jacket. 308 pp. Contains fifty-two short stories in this hardcover anthology including some found in his earliest works: Calico Shoes, Guillotine Party, and Can All This Grandeur Perish? Book in good condition with flaws noted: Overall, book is clean and tight. Corners slightly bumped, but not rubbed - no cloth missing from corners. Head and tail of spine chipped - more heavily on head of spine. Previous owner's signature in pencil on ffep. Slight yellowing to ffep and rear endpaper. Else, no interior writing, marks, tears, stamps, etc. Tight binding with no loose pages and no spine cracks. Not ex-library or remainder marked. Original flap from dust jacket laid-in as bookmark.
